Meepo, Dweezil, and Zuzu were found in the ruins under Trelayn’mor Algantha. When their tribe misbegottenly attacked Sir Baalthazar, the dragonkith was forced to lay waste to the tribe. Upon exhaling his dragon breath, the last three surviving kobolds knelt down and venerated the dragon warrior. Baalthazar has since took them in to teach them the ways of the Great Serpent Lathander, the Morning Lord.
