Darkvision – Accustomed to twilit forests and the night sky, Cerulyiann has superior vision in dark and dim conditions. He can see in dim light within 60 feet of him as if it were bright light, and in darkness as if it were dim light. However, he can’t discern color in darkness, only shades of gray.
Trance – Elves don’t need to sleep. Instead, they meditate deeply, remaining semiconscious, for 4 hours a day. While meditating, Cerulyiann can dream after a fashion; such dreams are actually mental exercises that have become reflexive through years of practice. After resting in this way, he gains the same benefit that a human does from 8 hours of sleep.
Fey Ancestry – Cerulyiann has advantage on saving throws against being charmed, and magic can’t put him to sleep.
Cantrip – Cerulyiann knows one cantrip of his choice from the wizard spell list. Intelligence is his spellcasting ability for it.
Keen Senses – You have proficiency in the Perception skill.
Position of Privilege – Thanks to his noble birth, people are inclined to think the best of Cerulyiann. He is welcome in high society, and people assume he has the right to be wherever he arrives. The common folk make every effort to accommodate Cerulyiann and avoid his displeasure, and other people of high birth treat him as a member of the same social sphere. Cerulyiann can secure an audience with a local noble if he needs to.
